Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University.
  • Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student activities) initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives).
  • Passionate about community development and microfinance.
  • Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering.
  • Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
